Students are able to change their own passwords from any internet connection using a web-based system. Students need to know their current password in order to be able to change it. Teachers can also reset students' passwords if they have forgotten them. (see below)
Students can also use the Password Recovery tool to reset their passwords and restore access to their DDSB account.
Students under 16 years old can recover their password with a reset sent to the Parent email registered in PowerSchool with no registration required or by using a different option after registering for password recovery.
