Resources available through DCSD

Students can find these resources in Clever or can log in directly with their Google Single Sign-On

• Sora.  The platform DCSD uses to access eBooks and eAudiobooks.  Use these directions to access Sora.

• CultureGrams Reliable cultural information on the countries of the world (available through the Douglas County Libraries).

• Teaching Books is an online book database, assisting teachers, parents, and librarians with finding multimedia resources, lesson plans, and links to extend curriculum in the classroom around books.

• World Book Almanac for Kids is a classic statistical reference tool. With age-specific resources, users can choose the right resource for their needs. Resources to help children develop online research skills are somewhat hard to find; the World Almanac offers many kinds of support material in addition to basic searching.

• World Book Online. Online encyclopedia which includes eBooks, videos, activities, primary sources, read-aloud, and translation features.
