Full Day/School Breaks

All students signed up for the full day session either need to be checked-in or staff need to be notified by parents that the student will not be attending

All students are at the Intermediate building on full days

On full days, all students that are signed up attend the field trip that is scheduled. We do not have any staff that stay on site on field trip days

All authorized pick-ups or guardians need to be over the age of 18 and ready to show an ID to pick-up any student

We are based in the RXI cafeteria on full days. If we are not in the cafeteria, there will be a sign posted on the door where we are located

Please check the itinerary for all times, scheduled activities, and what the students need for each day! There are some days that we provide a lunch, but most activities require a lunch from home

Electronics are not allowed but toys from home are.

• Roxstars is not responsible for lost or stolen items, although we will do our best to help locate any of these items

• It is recommended that students leave anything of importance or high value at home

Students are expected to bring their own snack from home.

$35 per student per day as long as you sign up before the Wednesday deadline + an activity fee. The activity fee is charged to your account when you sign-up on SCW.

$39 + an activity fee per student per day if you sign up after the Wednesday deadline

$41 + an activity fee per student per day without notification of any staff and student just shows up (this only applies if there is room for the day)
