SchoolCare Works is a system that allows you enroll, schedule, and pay online! This system significantly improves our functionality as a program and allows us to spend more time with your kids everyday. There are quite a few differences from our previous set-up so please know that it will take some getting used to!
Signing-in/out: Please take note of your ID number, this number is what you use to sign your child in/out of the program everyday!
SchoolCare Works Parent Portal: This is not the same as your IC parent portal, it is a completely separate system!
Payment and Attendance: Please note that whatever you sign-up for, you have to pay for when you check out. So if you only want to pay weekly, please fill out your calendar weekly. Per our district policy we do not offer credits for any days that are changed after the deadline, so please make sure that you have completed your calendar correctly!
