GT students are typically clustered with like-ability peers.

GT facilitator works with the classroom teacher to provide enrichment/differentiation within the classroom.

Students engage in a variety of challenging work: project-based learning, high-interest independent research, curriculum compacting, and differentiation.

Elementary students are pulled to work in a small group with facilitator 50-60 minutes per week in each area of identification.

The work students receive replaces other general classroom work; it is not extra.
