A merit-based financial aid program for West Virginia high school graduates planning to attend one of the state’s public or independent two- or four-year institutions. Students who achieve certain academic requirements can receive up to $5,500 in annual awards toward tuition and mandatory fees. Awards are contingent upon annual funding of the program by the West Virginia State Legislature.
Eligibility Requirements:
> 3.0 GPA
ACT of 21 with at least 19 in each sub section
SAT of 1080 with at least 510 in each sub section
