A merit-based financial aid program for West Virginia high school graduates planning to attend one of the state’s public or independent two- or four-year institutions. Students who achieve certain academic requirements can receive up to $5,500 in annual awards toward tuition and mandatory fees. Awards are contingent upon annual funding of the program by the West Virginia State Legislature.
🎯 Eligibility Requirements:
> 3.0 GPA
ACT of 21 with at least 19 in each sub section
SAT of 1080 with at least 510 in each sub section
West Virginia Invests covers your tuition to any state Community and Technical College (CTC) for your certificate or associate’s degree in an in-demand, high-paying field. In just 16-24 months, you can get the skills and training you need to launch into the job market faster and bring home a better paycheck sooner.
