What do I need to bring with me to enroll my student at Doddridge County High School?

• Your student's state issued birth certificate and social security card

  • • If you cannot locate your students birth certificate, you can go here to obtain a new one from the state of WV for $12.00. If from out of state, check here. 

• Your ID and 2 proofs of residency

• Updated immunization records for your student

• Transcripts (if coming from another school or homeschool)

• IEP or 504 (if coming from another school)
