What do I need to bring with me to enroll my student at Doddridge County High School?

• Your student's state issued birth certificate and social security card

  • • If you cannot locate your student's birth certificate, you can go here to obtain a new one from the state of WV for $12.00. 

    • If coming from out of state and cannot locate your student's birth certificate, check here. 

• Parent/Guardian's ID and 2 proofs of residency

  • • Utilities, Insurance, Bank Statements, Voters Registration, and more are acceptable

• Updated immunization records for your student

• Transcripts (if coming from an out of state school or homeschool)

• IEP or 504 (if coming from another school in OR out of state)
