Program Outcomes

Decrease Injury & Increase Durability

Health always drives performance. Our main goal is to keep our student-athletes safe in training and on the playing surface. Although not all injuries can be prevented, building functional strength through full range of motion helps reduce the risk of injury as well as the severity/recovery time of injury. Our training program works to reinforce proper movement patterns and technique in the weight room for our athletes to build a solid foundation of strength.

Optimize Athletic Performance

DCG Athletic Performance will help students maximize their athletic potential through proven and consistent training methods. Our periodized program is designed to enhance the ability to produce and absorb force through multi-joint, ground-based movements. The goal is for our athletes to experience improvements in strength, power, mobility, and other traits to perform the highest level possible.

Build Leadership Skills & Confidence

DCG Athletic Performance challenges athletes to be the best versions of themselves daily. Instilling positive leadership qualities such as accountability, discipline and consistency are staples of the program to produce a more well-rounded athlete. We strive to build individual and team confidence through competitiveness and attention to detail.

Develop & Continue a Winning Culture

We aim to continue the tradition of excellence set by our athletic programs and school district. We empower students to never be outworked; to pursue perfection each day in training, competition and in life.
