Assigning Process (Providers)
The Assigning Process
Once your program has been reviewed by our Education Programs Subcommittee and accepted into the Catalogue, dates will be assigned to Educators via this process:
Step 1: Educators “Find A Program” in Program Catalogue
Step 2: Educators select and request programs - requests and confirmations made through Neon One
Equity Scale Indicator used to award requests via our lottery system (see below)
Confirmation emails to school AND provider sent
Step 3: Programs are Confirmed between Educator and Provider
Via Neon One or Hannah
Contact hannah@dccollaborative.org with any questions.
Our equity scale determines that the allocation and distribution of programs goes to those where there are opportunity gaps, lack of staffing and/or resources, and/or have expressed a need for arts and humanities enrichment programming. The Collaborative continually partners with experts to more accurately understand how equity is seen and is impacting the DC Public education landscape.
