MY QUEST

WHERE DO I LOG MY PERSONAL READING LIST?

When you borrow a book you need to upload your book to your own bookshelf. Click on the 'Destiny Quest' button under 'Library Search' in the catalogue menu.

All year 7 and 8 students need to do this with every book that is borrowed so that your teachers can view your bookshelf!

WHY BUILD YOUR BOOKSHELF?

  • Provides your teachers with a window into what you are reading and have read.
  • Your teachers can then recommend books that suit your reading level and interest.
  • Your teachers can recommend books that will challenge you to develop your reading skills and thus expand your vocabulary and reading enjoyment.
  • You have a visual record of all the books that you have read. Just like a real bookshelf only digital.
  • Your parents can also see what you are reading and what you have read.

You can also log books that you have read that were not borrowed from the school library. St Paul's library prides itself on having an extensive range of Fiction books specifically chosen to be of interest to boys and young men. Most likely the book that you read that you didn't borrow from the College is in our collection. Simply press' Find' type in the title and the book will appear.

Add it to your bookshelf.
