My research interests also extend to natural products, medicinal plants, and computational approaches for disease therapeutics, which have been explored through undergraduate student research projects. These studies involve the evaluation of phytochemical composition, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antidiabetic activities of plant extracts and essential oils, along with investigations into their therapeutic potential in chronic diseases such as neurodegenerative disorders and cancer. Additionally, my current interests include bioinformatics and in-silico approaches for drug discovery, pharmacovigilance of herbal medicines, and training undergraduate students in research methodology and biochemical techniques to promote research-based learning.
