This is the CNC machine about to cut the 6" by 12" ply wood.
This is the CNC machine almost done cutting my design.
This it the sign when it was finished and put on my wall.
This is the CNC machine I used to milll the sign out of the wood/stock. After i sent the Fusion 360 prints to it i had to zero the x and y cordinates so it knew where to start once i did that I hit start secqence and it began milling.
This is my Deer sign in fusion 360. I had a bit of trouble here getting all the tool paths and making the box/stock on the outside of the design, but after doing it once I'm pretty sure I can do it again. I then sent this to the computer next to the CNC machine and started the prosses.
This is the design I created in adobe illustrator that I later exported into fusion 360. I took a picture of a deer I found on google, traced it with lines, and created the lines over the antlers. I had a bit of trouble with getting all of it together but figured it out pretty fast.
Material List
1 1/2in 6" by 12" piece of plywood
CNC machine
Adobe Illustrator
Fusion 360
A picture of a Deer face
I am also planning to bring back the sign and use the Fusion pro to engrave and cut out more detail into it because the drill bits only go so small.
