Directors, 

This section has many different documents that you will use at some point during the year. We have included a brief explanation of each of the documents. The forms can also be found under the Launchpad for Directors Tab if directors would like to go straight to the form and do not need explanations. Below you will find help with the following areas:

2. The Launchpad License Renewal or Replacement Document needs to be completed at the end of every school year by the director. The Arkansas Department of Education will renew the Launchpad Online Teacher Subscriptions for the 2023-2024 school year. If directors have a teacher that leaves, the Launchpad license can be transferred to an incoming teacher. On the form, please list all current teachers that hold a Launchpad license in your agency. If teachers are returning, please indicate that by choosing "yes." If a teacher is not returning, please indicate that by choosing "no" and in the column on the right, please indicate the new teacher's name and email address. Using this document, we will renew the licenses of the teachers that are going to stay the same and we will transfer the licenses of any teacher that leaves to the incoming teacher.

Note - If a teacher leaves and the Launchpad Online Subscription license is transferred to an incoming teacher, the incoming teacher needs to complete the Launchpad Virtual Implementation Training Course (LVITC). When you indicate that a license will be transferred, we will issue a LVITC to the staff member. If your staff member does not receive the login information email from Really Great Reading within a few days, please contact us at prekrise.support@ade.arkansas.gov

3. The Launchpad License Change Google Form will help directors if any changes need to be made after the Launchpad License Renewal or Replacement Document has been submitted or if a change occurs after the start of the school year. 

4. Directors can use the Launchpad Fidelity Checklist as a "Look-Fors" document to help provide positive and constructive feedback to teachers as they implement Launchpad in their classrooms. 

5. The Launchpad Verification Document can be completed by directors to ensure that all staff members receive credit for completing all nine hours of the Launchpad Virtual Implementation Training Course (LVITC). Once all staff members complete the LVITC, please record each teacher's, paraprofessional's, or support staff member's name and their PDR numbers. Please also let us know the position that the staff member currently holds. We will enter this information into PDR and a certificate will be issued.

6. If directors are adding a new classroom at their agency, please complete the 2023-2024 Launchpad Commitment Form. We will send materials for the new classroom and issue a new Launchpad license to the teacher that will be in the new classroom.
