If you are feeling stressed or frustrated, go for a walk or run. Don't take it out on those around you.
Exercise releases hormones to make you feel so much better!
Take up a new sport - this may help you find a new passion/hobby!
Sleep well! (It is important to recharge your body and give your muscles time to heal and grow)
