You will receive a coupon code for the 3 free tickets included in your recital fee to be used when ordering online. Your coupon code will be sent via email the day before ticket sales open. Include your 3 free tickets in your total ticket count. At checkout you will be able to enter your coupon code, which will discount the 3 tickets from your total. You must include your 3 free tickets in your total online ticket order.

I CLOSED MY RECEIPT BEFORE PRINTING MY TICKETS.

If you closed your receipt before printing your tickets, do not worry! This happens all the time and we can help you get your tickets.

An email was generated and sent to you when you completed your order that includes a link to your online receipt. Visit this link and click the GREEN button to get your tickets.

Please note that the the email might take up to a minute to reach your inbox, and that it might have been picked up by your spam filters. Please do check your junk folder.

If, after a few minutes, the email is not located, you may look up your order (go to the main landing page and click Order Lookup), or contact them directly at 706-550-1416.

MY CODES WON'T WORK.

If you were given a code that gives you one or more free or discounted seats:

Ok! You were given a Coupon Code. This type of code gives you a discount on your order. To use this type of code, select your seats and then click the button that says "Buy Selected Seats". On the page where you enter your identifying and payment information you will see a box labeled "Coupon Code". Put your code into the box and then tab to the next field. If the code is accepted, you will see a green check next to the code.

I CAN'T PRINT MY TICKETS.

The tickets you downloaded were within a PDF file. In order to view and print this type of file, a few things need to be true:

  1. You need to open the file on a device with a printer. If the device you are using (iPad, smart phone, etc) does not have a connected computer, then you will need to open the tickets at a later time on a device with a printer. You were sent an email at the completion of your order with a link to your receipt. When you are on a different machine, use the link in that email to view your receipt and download/print your tickets.
  2. You need to have the ability to open PDF files. Most modern systems can open PDF files without any sort of additional software being installed. This is true of most smartphones, iPads, and computers running modern browsers such as Google Chrome. However, some machines cannot open PDF files without the help of Adobe Acrobat. In those cases, download and install the FREE plugin from Adobe.
