Performing Company

About the Program: 

Company has a set skills list for each team. Lead teachers need to coordinate with the team teachers of that team to make sure all the skills are being covered.

Performing Company is for beginning to intermediate dancers who love to perform and want more than a weekly class experience. Dancers will grow artistically in the genres of ballet, jazz, hip hop, and tumbling.

Performing Company programming includes classes for jazz technique, ballet, tumbling, tap (1st grade and older), combo (3rd grade and older), and choreography. They compete routines in 2 core styles: jazz, hip hop. They compete at 4 local competitions.

Dancers in 2nd grade and older can add "Elite Track" which adds another jazz/ballet technique class and & combo. Elite Track competes a third routine (musical theatre or lyrical). Elite track dancers 3rd grade and older have the option to add a fourth routine (musical theatre or lyrical). They will attend one convention to take classes and can add on an additional convention weekend.
