House is dedicated to empowering First Program students to lead fulfilling and ethically responsible lives, grounded in a strong sense of belonging and personal growth. We focus on cultivating character, curiosity, critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and community, alongside fostering social and emotional well-being. Through interactions with peers and teachers across grade levels, primarily within their House teams, students build a supportive community and practice essential life skills. Our House activities enhance student growth, success, and citizenship, preparing them for the future by reinforcing positive behavior and personal responsibility.
All FP students are divided into four Houses, each House has a name, color and symbol. Earth, Wind, Water, and Fire, and represented by color green, yellow, blue, and red respectively. Each house aims to have an equal number of students from Junior Kindergarten to 5th grade. During many activities, House teams are also divided into lower House (JK, SK, G1, G2) and Upper House (G3, G4, G5).
Each new student is placed in a House and will remain with the same house throughout his/her time in First Program.
Students and teachers wear house t-shirts as their uniform on House days. House occurs approximately once a month, on a Friday, during the last block.
