Orientation Sign-Ups
What do I need to do before orientation?
Read over the Student-Athlete/Parent Handbook with your parents, so that you both know what is expected of you as a participant on a CDS team. This can be found under the "Resources" tab at the top
Print out an After School Permission form found in the tab at the top called "Team Registration & Forms" or collect one from the MS office. Fill out the form and get the necessary signatures and then hand it into the MS office before the day of orientation.
Fill out the sign up form located below: ***Currently accepting sign ups***
Attend orientation!
Fill out an Athlete Participation Form if this is the first sport you are playing for this year.
What is the criteria for making one of the teams?
All middle school students will make the teams unless there are limitations on court space or safety concerns, such as for badminton which usually has a high number of students interested in that particular sport. In this case, there will have to be cuts due to amount of available courts.
