We will print out separate itineraries for Band + Choir students, Band + Orchestra Students, and Orchestra + Choir Students. Since there are three venues and various departure times, we want to make sure that students are confident in their departure, arrival, and performance times.

Hersheypark® is cashless and accepts all major credit cards, debit cards and Hersheypark gift cards, as well as Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay. For guests who may not have credit or debit cards, they can convert cash to prepaid debit cards at the Cash-to-Card kiosks stationed around the park. There is no fee to load cash onto a card at these kiosks.  Please check the app for locations. For games, you will need to purchase a separate Gaming Card at gaming locations, which you can load via cashless payment.  *Vanilla VISA gift cards are not accepted at Hersheypark at this time due to issues with the Vanilla Gift Card platform. In place of cash, consider purchasing an e-gift card before your Park visit. Hershey Entertainment and Resorts (HE&R) gift cards can be used IN PERSON ONLY and cannot be used for ONLINE purchases.
