For the 2025-2026 school year, all 7th Graders will experience 30 days of General Music. The 7th Grade curriculum centers on the Stage & Screen. In just 30 classes, students will be exposed to a wide variety of movies and musicals that have impacted pop culture and the worldwide entertainment industry. We will explore how music is connected to our emotions and why music is a core part of the human experience. Students will get to design, perform, compose, and immerse themselves in two of the most important performing arts.
