Welcome to the W.W. Samuell High School and Early College Career and Technical Education (CTE) department site. The CTE department's vision is to support innovative CTE programs that prepare individuals to succeed in their education and careers and poise them to flourish in a global, dynamic economy. We are dedicated to helping graduates prepare for a career field where they will earn a living wage that offers advancement and lifelong learning opportunities.

Our Department Goals are:

• Develop students ability to think critically and solve problems independently and be productive

• Our students will be able to communicate, collaborate and utilize industry standards seamlessly.

• Improve Student Achievement (75% passing on all Assessments, formal and informal).

• Improve student content knowledge and essential vocabulary.

The Samuell High School CTE department provides course pathways in Information Technology, Construction & Architecture, Business Information Management, and Career Preparation.
