Need Helpers - Cap and Gown Photos + Yearbook Distribution
We need help getting seniors checked in and dressed for their cap and gown photos. And we also need help distributing yearbooks. The sign-up genius links are in the post below.

Here is the list of cords Seniors are eligible for and may wear at graduation.
How do I pay any outstanding balances?
Here is the link to RevTrak
The main items are lost parking passes, lost Yondr pouches, lost library books, lost textbooks, missing/broken technology, and temporary ID badge balances. No cash is accepted after 5/8.
Cap and Gown/Invitations? I placed an order, but have not received it.
Invitations will arrive in the mail. All caps and gowns will be delivered at the same time on the last Day for seniors, May 19th. If you are not sure you have ordered on please email vklimaszewski@dallasisd.org to check the list.
WHEN will we get extra graduation tickets?
Each senior will receive 7 FREE tickets. Below is the link for the waitlist for 1 extra ticket per student until we run out. On May 19th, the day all seniors will do their final "Sign out," each senior will get an envelope with tickets. Any extras will be included in this envelope.

Will there be a yearbook to purchase at the end of the year?
Once we have distributed all of the pre-ordered yearbooks, we usually have a few extras to sell. (Sometimes 10-30) There will be a sign-up sheet at the distribution point. Once we know we have extra copies, we will contact you to provide details on how to pay for a copy. Once we run out, there are no other copies.

This is where all summer homework links will live for a one stop place to find assignments.
Seniors check all school accounts and equipment, including:
Library books
Textbooks (including previous years)
MacBook, charger, and bag
Canon camera
Hotspot
Lost MacBook chargers must be replaced with a charger compatible with the MacBook Air (M1, 2020).
Apple-brand chargers are not required. If ordering a substitute, please order prior to 5/15 to get it in time.
Phone chargers are not acceptable substitutes for laptops.
Replacement chargers may be purchased independently or paid for through RevTrak on the Booker T. website.
Cash payments for lost items will only be accepted through Friday, May 8.
After May 8, all payments must be made online through RevTrak.
File Transfer: Transfer any important files from their school's Google Drive to a personal account before graduation. See instructions below.
Senior Google accounts will be disabled the day after graduation.

We are inviting alumni of Arts Magnet (Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts) to submit visual artwork (2D, 3D, & Photography) for consideration in a special exhibition celebrating Arts Magnet's 50th anniversary this Fall.

Photo day with Legacy Photo

Link to sign up for photos
By signing up for photos, you secure an appointment time and access to view your photos once they are completed.
Times will be assigned between 10 am and 12 pm, in the order they are received.
Your time will be posted before photo day, so you are ready.
We will have caps, gowns, and cords for you to use.
Making your photo is free.
You pay for prints and/or digital images after they send you a review link.
The deadline to sign up for an appointment time is April 21. Anyone who does not sign up ahead of time will need to join the "stand by" line to have their photo made when/if time is available.
