Change to Temporary ID's
Temporary IDs are now physical badges instead of printed stickers. They are $2 for each daily rental and must be returned to the attendance office at the end of each day. Replacements for Lost IDs or Lost Temporary IDs are $5. If your student has an outstanding balance, please have them bring exact change to the zero floor security desk or the attendance office.

When are the PSAT's?
The PSAT will be on October 21. A list of ID numbers are posted on Mrs. Baker-Edwards' testing board for students who were registered and paid for by the district. If your name is not on the list, you can pay $15 to register.
Please see Mrs. Grantonic to pay the $15 registration fee by the deadline of October 7th.
What if my student missed all 3 opportunities to be in the yearbook?
Send an email to vklimaszewski@dallasisd.org, and I will send you the information to go to Legacy Studios.
How do we get Fair Tickets?
9-12 graders can purchase $12 Monday - Thursday one-day admission tickets online at https://bigtex.com/5hs/ and use promo code 2026EDU.

Booker T. Baker and Beyond brings the legacy and lasting influence of Paul Baker and the Arts Magnet together for two days of performance, conversation, film, and reflection.
Beginning Friday, October 23, with an opening reception and Hamlet ESP. By Paul Baker, Adapted from Shakespeare’s Hamlet. “It serves up all the tragedy, pathos, intrigue, humor and emotional impact of the original in a contemporary, but not gimmicky package.” —Dallas Morning News
The experience continues Saturday, October 24, with light breakfast, discussions led by Lisa Cotie, exploring Baker’s philosophy and the integration of abilities, followed by lunch. A reading from IDEA MAN: Paul Baker’s 20th Century Odyssey, by Sherry K. Wagner, followed by the world premiere of the documentary A Space for Genius, and a closing conversation, Looking Beyond: What’s Next? with Robyn Baker Flatt.

Students planning to take the PSAT: registration and payment are due by October 7. There will be no extensions beyond October 7.
The $15 registration fee may be paid to Grantonic in the Attendance Office.
