By the end of the 2022-2023 school year, the Conrad counseling program will increase student's awareness of mental health supports by implementing at least 2 school wide lessons and 3 awareness weeks activities during advisory.

2022-2023 Staff Training - Counselors conducted staff trainings for all Conrad High school staff members.

Conrad counselors colloborate with community partners and outside agencies to provide students, parents, and staff with informational presentations to bring awareness of the resources available within our community.
Coat Drive Give Away - Students were able to come to the counselors office to select a new or gently used coat to keep warm for the winter. Donations were made by Horton Family in memory of their grandson, Carter. The Horton family host the Carter Express Coat drive and Conrad High was the recipient of the dontaions for the 2022-2023 school year.
International Career Day School Presentation
Recovery Resource Council (RCC) speaks with students about drug and alcohol prevention.

Counselors were asked to personally invite and encourage students to attend the Becoming Woman and the Charging Towards Manhood Leadership conferences sponsored by our award winning PTSA.

Counselors displayed their native roots during the Annual Community Multicultural night.

Counselors sponsor the Diamonds & Pearls girls empowerment club on campus.
Girl's Inc. - Girls Empowerment Conference
Education Is Freedom (EIF) and Counselors Gratitude Luncheon.
Counselors work very closely with the EIF coordinators to ensure our students are able to make informed decisions about college, career, and military opportunities.
Conrad Vertical Team Meetings
The Conrad counselors hosts Vertical Team meetings with counselors from our feeder pattern (elementary and middle schools) 3 times per year. During meetings we are able to share new ideas, talk about ways to engage parents and the community, and identify current trends amongst students in order to share resources to help students and their families.
