At Conrad High School, counselors support all students with their academic, social emotional, and post secondary needs. Counselors work with students directly through individual/group counseling and guidance lessons and indirectly through collaboration with administration, staff, and community stakeholders. Conrad counselors work to advocate for student needs while assisting with removing barriers to meet the needs of all Conrad High School students.
Conrad counselors play a vital role of leadership and advocacy. Counselors are members of several leadership committees that are responsible for making decisions that impact the entire school community. During our participation in these leadership committees, we strive to eliminate obstacles that prevent or limit students from reaching their academic and social emotional goals. We work to ensure that policies are equitable and promote the welcoming climate that allows all stakeholders and visitors to feel safe and supported.
