Office Information

Signing In/Out: Parents will need to scan the QR code at the front office using their phone when signing students in or out. Please bring your cell phone to use the QR code link.

Change of Dismissal: Please let us know by 2:00 pm if your child will have a change of dismissal plans (ex- changing from car pick up to bus or bus to after school program)

Submitting Excuse Notes: Excuse notes can be submitted online by emailing Mrs. Hernandez or using the link provided below. Notes must include your child’s full name, grade level, date of absence, reason for absence, and a parent signature.

Doctor’s Note: If a student is absent for more than three consecutive days, a doctor’s note is required. You may also use the official DISD excuse note form.

Early Pick-Up: The latest pick-up time is 2:45 pm. Please note that students who arrive late or leave early will be counted with a partial absence.

Tardy Time: Students are considered late after 8:10 am.

Parent Portal: For access codes, contact Ms. Hernandez.

Label Belongings: Please label water bottles/cups, lunch boxes, and jackets/sweaters.

Student Information Updates: For changes to phone numbers, contacts, emails, student ID, etc., email Ms. Hernandez.

• For security, requests cannot be handled by phone.

• Attach a photo ID to your email.

VOLY Volunteer Sign-In: Required to attend field trips, school events, or volunteer on campus.
