Classroom Expectations

Getting Ready for Music Class & Choir

Be Ready to Learn

Phones off & out of sight unless teacher permits use; laptops used in Choir not Music

ALWAYS bring pencils, pens, colors, scissors, ruler (keep them in a pouch)

Restroom should be before/after Elementary Music Class unless an emergency

No food, gum or drink, except bottled water

Push yourself to expand your brain when learning something new

During Choir & Music Class

Listen carefully to instructions

Make sure you understand assignment

Do not take away from the learning experience

Maintain respectful interactions with classmates & teachers

Support classmates and teachers

Participate & be engaged

Respond in class

Submit assignments online or in class

Give your best effort

At the Close of Music/Choir

Turn assignments in on time or by deadline

Complete assignments after instruction

Avoid copying/pasting from the internet; Use your own words & credit sources
