Department of Nutrition and Food Engineering (NFE)

Services of Department office

To Students:

· Provide information regarding new students course registration

· Provide information regarding course drop/add after registration

· Provide information regarding registration process after the deadline.

· Provide information about Campus Transfer, Department Change, Semester Drop, Course Add/drop, late registration process.

· Provide students by issuance of Character Certificate, Testimonial, Recommendation letter, Concern letter, Internship placement letter, Project placement letter, Diploma Credit Acceptance, Accounts Clearance Form, and Library Clearance Form etc.

a. Help students to get their E-mail, Student Portal, E-learning, Google Classroom, Moodle’s password if they forget, within a day.

· Guide, counsel, and provide information to dropout students regarding Re-Admission and Time Extension of Study. We provide instant support for taking approval and to complete the process.

· Provide information towards the students those who have the entrepreneurial mind set to start their own startup business.

· Counsel the students to develop their business with the help of Bangladesh Venture Capital Ltd. (BVCL)

· Counseling with the dropout students

· Serving various notice related to the students like Exam notice, Payment notice, Vacation notice, Defense notice, Internship notice, Registration notice, Different announcements as and when need.

To Alumni:

· Arrange Alumni reunion in the department.

· Invite the alumnus in different programs of the department

· Answer/Respond to the query of alumnus through email, Phone, mail and face to face instantly or within deadline.

To Guardians and others:

· Responding the queries of the guardians and other stakeholders and guide those to address their issues and take proper initiative for highest service satisfaction.

· Attend the telephone call, mobile phone call, e-mail of the guardians and other stakeholders regarding their various queries and help them to get proper information.

· Counseling with Guardians and other Stakeholders while they visited the Department.

· Providing necessary information regarding students.

General Office Function:

· Provide general administrative supports for all the Departments/Sections to solve their various issue within a short time.

Prepare, receive and dispatch Official files, documents, etc regularly on first priority to run official activity smoothly.
