Ludwig Schedule
School Starts at 8:00 am with Attendance taken through PowerSchool during Homeroom Google Meets.
Teachers and staff will be available to students from 8:00-1:00 pm via email.
Students should check their teacher's Google Classroom and/or Seesaw page for E-learning Information. This information will be posted by 8:00 am.

The school day concludes at 1:00 pm.
Attendance
Students will be expected to attend class in the same manner that they would if they were attending Ludwig in person. They should be logged into their Homeroom Google Meet by 7:50 am. Go to Homeroom Google Classroom or Clever Teacher Page and/or Seesaw for the Google Meets link. Attendance will be taken through PowerSchool.
Teachers will take attendance at the start of each day through Google Meets class and submit it the same way they would if they were in person.
If your child is going to be absent, please call to report them using the attendance line by dialing 815-838-8020 and then pressing 1.
E-Learning Guidelines
Teachers will provide 5 clock hours of instruction or school work, which can be a combination of asynchronous/synchronous activities.
D92 teachers, students, and staff will utilize the district-approved platforms; Seesaw and Google Classroom based on their grade level appropriateness using district-assigned devices.
Specials, interventions, and related services will be included in the e-Learning day providing lessons/activities to the learning platform.
Students with special needs will have assignments modified or provided based on their IEP goals from their special education IEP Team.
Learning
Asynchronous Learning
Students are engaged in learning at different times (i.e. students completing assignments/activities shared by the teacher, within a Learning Management System like Google Classroom or SeeSaw, and/or contributing to a discussion thread or submitting assignments) with the teacher being available from 8:00 - 1:00 pm to answer questions or provide feedback via Google Classroom, Seesaw or email.
The E-Learning Activity packet is shared on this page. All activities will be shared with fifth-grade students digitally on Seesaw.
Students should check their teacher's Google Classroom and/or Seesaw page for E-Learning information.
Grading
Students will be graded using traditional grades of A, B, C, D, F.
Teachers will also give feedback in a variety of ways that address priority standards for each grade level and subject area.
Communication
During e-learning, communication skills between all involved are extremely important.
Students will receive messages via SeeSaw and/or Google Classroom. Please check with your child's teacher for specifics.
