General Technology FAQ
What is my students Google login and password?
Your student's login is their student ID number plus "@students.d92.org". Their password is assigned by the District.
What if I cannot remember my student(s) number (or Google username)?
A student's number can be viewed in the PowerSchool Parent Portal. (Not available on Mobile devices)
What if I forget my password?
A student's passwords can be viewed in the PowerSchool Parent Portal. (Please note students cannot change their password.) This is only available on the web version not the mobile version.
How do I connect my iPad to my WiFi at home?
You can connect your iPad to WiFi by going to Settings->WiFi. You will need to know the Network Name and Password (if applicable).

My iPad is behaving strangely, what should I do?
If you are experiencing strange issues with your iPad, try shutting it down and turning it back on. You can shut down your iPad by holding the Top Button until you see the Shutdown slider. Slide the button to power down your iPad. To turn it back on, hold the Top Button until you see the Apple logo, which indicates it has powered on.
My iPad is frozen/unresponsive, what should I do?
If your iPad becomes frozen/unresponsive, please do the following: Hold down the home button and the power buttons at the same time until the white apple logo appears. It can take up to 40 seconds. It will power back on automatically.
Google Classroom FAQ
You can access Google Classroom as well as all the other Google apps after signing into Google by clicking the Apps icon in the upper right corner of the browser window.

Seesaw FAQ
Why can’t I just use the Family app?
Home Learning Codes allow students to access their journal and all Class app learning tools. The Family app is great for family members and teachers to communicate, but students should use the Class app for home learning.
What is the best site to direct families to for Seesaw resources?
Some parents are using one device with multiple children. Can multiple students use the same device with Home Learning Codes? How do you recommend they manage this?
When multiple children are using the same device for home learning, each child should log out of their account when they’re done using it. We recommend printing each child’s text or QR code and hanging it in your learning space.
Can students access activities in the Family app?
No. Students can access activities in the Class app by signing in with their Home Learning Code.
If a student logs into the Class app, then on the same device their family member logs into the Family app to message the teacher, does the student need to log out of the Class app?
No, students can stay logged in. The Class app and the Family app are separate applications.
Clever FAQ
Clever is an easy way for you to access all your learning websites (like Dreambox and Seesaw). With Clever, you only have to remember one username and password, or use a Clever Badge, to log into all your applications.
How do I get into Clever?
Students can use their Google username (#####@students.d92.org) and password. K-3 grades can also scan their QR code.
I lost my badge, what do I do?
If you know your Google username and password that will work too. You can also contact your teacher to send your parents a new badge.

A student's number can be viewed in the PowerSchool Parent Portal.

A student's password can be viewed in the PowerSchool Parent Portal. To view this you must be using the desktop site and not the mobile app.
