High Frequency Words - Kindergarten words

These are the High Frequency words taught in the Kindergarten Benchmark Advance reading curriculum prior to first grade. Please practice until your child can read them “on sight” (less than 3 seconds without sounding them out). We will continue to introduce a set of words every week throughout first grade to add on to this list. Please practice the words as they are introduced, so that your child can read them easily when they appear in our weekly reading texts.
