BAG RECYCLING 

Bag recycling will begin on 11/15/25. Bags can be sent to school to add to the bins for recycling.

Plastic Bag Recycling – We will be recycling clean plastic bags this year as we accept the Trex Challenge through Will County Green! We have placed collection boxes in the first grade hallway and outside the elementary office. Everyone is invited to add their bags to these boxes.

The following bags are accepted:

Plastic grocery bag                                     Plastic bread bags                                                         Plastic department store bags

Plastic cereal box liners                             Produce bags (not frozen vegetable bags)               Furniture and electronic wrap                

Newspaper sleeves                                    Dry-cleaning bags                                                          Stretch film (no household saran wrap)

Salt bags                                                       Paper towel/toilet paper/bottle case overwrap
