Math National Honor Society

Math Honor Society is a local chapter of Mu Alpha Theta, a national math honor society. The society provides enrichment and recognition in mathematics outside the classroom for superior students. The society is dedicated to scholarship, service, and social activities.

Will meet once a month. 

Math National Honor Society members offer Peer Tutoring and other service opportunities.

To be eligible for Math NHS students must have completed Algebra II and have a 4.5/5.0 GPA in their math classes taught by a high school or college teacher. 

Students apply for membership in early September. For more information email Mrs. Trevarthen.
