Relationship of Learning Objectives and Learning Activities

It is important to match learning activities to desired learning objectives. The most engaging activity is not worth using if it does not relate to the learning objectives for the course.

A matrix that relates Global Competency Objectives to the seven learning activities described in this site can be downloaded here. As indicated in the matrix, some activities can be adapted to achieve a variety of learning objectives and others are targeted toward a more limited number of objectives.
