The requesting faculty or student submits the form to the department's executive administrative specialist. Requests will be considered in the order they are received.

The clinic director reviews the app request for its alignment with the program mission and its unique contributions to clinical education (e.g., lack of duplication with already existing tools). The clinic director makes a recommendation for purchase or deferment of purchase. The clinic director forwards the request with recommendations to the department chair for review.
