Managing and implementing the NJROTC curriculum to meet Navy standards.
Mentoring and guiding cadets in leadership, citizenship, and personal development.
Supervising and coordinating all NJROTC activities, including community service and competitions.
Collaborating with school administrators and fostering relationships within the community.
Ensuring compliance with Navy regulations and maintaining program excellence.
The Naval Science Instructor (NSI) supports the SNSI and plays a vital role in the success of the NJROTC program. Their roles include:
Assisting in instructing cadets on leadership, discipline, and teamwork.
Organizing and facilitating training exercises, drill practice, and physical fitness.
Providing mentorship and support to cadets in achieving their personal and program goals.
Managing logistical needs, such as uniforms, supplies, and equipment.
Supporting the SNSI in coordinating events, competitions, and daily operations
