Events

The NJROTC program has teams that participate in various competitions throughout the year. We also go on to various field trips and have additional events such as the AMI, Aqua Olympics and awards night throughout the year.

The Annual Military Inspection

The Annual Military Inspection(AMI) for the school year 2024-2025 held on Dec 4 2024 was a success. Our armed drill team performed for the guests and the parents and many cadets received promotions.

VFW thanksgiving colorguard

On November 24, 2024 our cadets did a colorguard during the annual VFW thanksgiving dinner and later helped serve the veterans and Congresswoman Maxine Waters.

Club Grub

Our Navy club recently participated in Hawthorne High School's first semester club grub to fundraise for the NJROTC program. We sold Agua Fresca's during lunch and made a profit.

Veterans Day Parade

Our cadets participated in the annual San Fernando Valley Veterans day parade with the American Legion Post 308.

Sea Scouts Halloween Party

Our sea scout cadets participated in the Sea Scout party on November 2, 2024 along with Crew 549 and 550 at Sea Base Long Beach.
