What are our Tasks for this Month?
This section will present our new task assigned and its progress. This section will help to monitor the Team's progress and accomplishments. This will show as well who are among the members are active and not.
Instructions for the ICT Team:
Step 1 - Click the I ACCEPT THE TASK button, then upload your 1x1 picture;Step 2-
Step 3- As you finish and are satisfied already with the Team's improvement, click the Output Button and upload your project.
- All empty boxes here mean no members had accepted yet the task. You may have the initiative to accept it. Just notify on our Group chat, and follow these steps to notify everybody you are about to accept it:
Step 1 - Click the I ACCEPT THE TASK button, then upload your 1x1 picture;Step 2-
- If the task is a creation of an infographic material, add your collaboration link from Canva to the Progress Box button by asking MISO or Ms. Divine for it to be embed. Add collab for each member of the Infographics Committee and Advisers in your Canva Project once it's open already for improvements. Notify as well on our Group Chat once it's open already for editing. Note: Be cautious to whom you will be given editor access. This site is open ion public, avoid "anyone with the link" settings.
- If the task is a creation of a video graphic material, upload your raw files in the Progress Box. These raw files could be raw videos, compiled videos, storylines, scripts, and the like. Storylines are recommended for the whole Video graphics committee's input, thus, once it's ready for improvement. Give as well the collab link to the committee and ask for the assistance of MISO/Advisers for it to be embed.
Step 3- As you finish and are satisfied already with the Team's improvement, click the Output Button and upload your project.
