Our Organizational Structure and Core Functions

Advisers

College Instructors who lead the projects. They are also tasked to approve assistance requests, evaluate, co-edit, give comments, and suggestions and improve the ongoing projects. They are the lead brain of the Team.

Infographics Leader: The member of the Team whose tasks are the following:

1. The main person to be reminded by the PIO/Advisers about the info graphics-related projects;

2. Assure that there are Members that will accept the posted projects on the to-do-list sections; He/She could may assign Project Leaders and project assistants depending on the project needs;

3. The last student evaluator of the projects of the Infographics committee;

4. Last student to enhance the projects of the Infographics committee;

5. He/She must assign project assistant/s whenever the task acceptor of the committee uploads their collab link on the progress box for improvements.

6. Stand as the project leader whenever the committee will be tasked with big projects.

Note: They can volunteer as main project acceptors and can ask for assistance from the whole committee

Infographics Member: The member of the Team whose tasks are the following:

1. The person/s who could be assigned by the Infographics Committee Leader or volunteer in creating or enhancing infographics-related projects posted on To-do list.

Video graphics Leader: The member of the Team whose tasks are the following:

1. The main person to be reminded by the PIO/Advisers about the video graphics-related projects;

2. Assure that there are Members that will accept the posted projects on the to-do-list sections; He/She could may assign Project Leaders and project assistants depending on the project needs.

3. The last student evaluator of the projects of the Video graphics committee;

4. Last student to enhance the projects of the Video graphics committee;

5. Stand as the project leader whenever the committee will be tasked with big projects.

Note: They can volunteer as main project acceptors and can ask for assistance from the whole committee

Video graphics Member: The member of the Team whose tasks are the following:

1. The person/s who could be assigned by the Video graphics Committee Leader or volunteer in creating or enhancing video graphics-related projects posted on To-do list.

2. This could be 2 or 3 members if the projects will be needing assistants for collating videos, shooting, vlogging, documentation, and the like.

Programming and Data Management Leader: The member of the Team whose tasks are the following:

1. The main person to be reminded by the PIO/Advisers about the data management-related projects;

2. Leads Data management and maintenance of the Site;

3. Leads development of Data Management Tools needed by the Team or needed by the College;

4. Assure and lead updating of the Site and Public platforms of the team

Programming and Data Management Member: The member of the Team whose tasks are the following:

1. Assist/s the Committee Leader with maintaining the Site and Facebook page;

2. Assist/s the Committee Leader with developing new tools for Data Management and all other innovations needed by the Team/College
