Our history

The Information, Communications, and Technical Team, widely known as ICT Team, was first created in about the Year 2020 for the purpose of establishing the YouTube Channel of the College. It was first created with the name ICT Committee together with Evaluating Committee of the Channel which is composed of different expert Instructors of our College namely Dr. Famela Iza Matic (current Dean), Dr. Susan Tan and Atty. Jeffrey Bajita. The brain of establishing the College Channel was no other than our College Dean, Dr. Matic while the idea of the two mentioned committees was from Ms. Divine Grace Francisco who was the core instructor assigned because of her designation as College PIO. The initial purpose of the ICT Committee was to be the main editors of the videos to be released on the College channel. After which, their outputs will be forwarded to the Evaluating Committee to assess their readiness and polishing for publication.

The pioneer members of the ICT Committee are the following students: Jimmiel Ehd F. Resuello, Jhon Patrick B. Contawe, and Charles Albert Calle. The advisers are Ms. Divine Grace Francisco and Mr. Vince Christian Tapia who are until now in their position to lead the team. All of the members together with their advisers have set of task and are part of the editing team. Ms. Divine, as the College PIO, was the one who publish their outputs on the College Channel and Facebook Page.

The Pioneer Student Members of the Team

The Team has later on been instructed to expand its functions from solely editing the videos of the Channel up to producing banners, posters, and later on teasers. Thus, it became considered an Independent College student organization. To support its needs, the Team has opened recruitment of additional students. The first batch that had entered the team as additional members are Ms. Diane Rabusa and Ms. Franscez Lascano. The next one are Ms. Melody Panganiban, Ms. Reizel Untalan, Ms. April Jade Caratiquit and Ms. Wren Ranielle Andres.

The Team was later on called ICT Team which stands for Information, Communications, and Technical Team. This is then divided into two categories to furthermore enhance teamwork and utilize then members based on their expert field. These are the Infographics and Video graphics Team. Officers are elected thereafter to furthermore strengthen the leadership and teamwork for the organization. The Team's first and current president is Ms. Franscez Lascano of BS Criminology. As the team grows, it was later on announced on the College Facebook Page for additional Members (3 members for each categories). Categories for the Programming and Data Management Team were added for its future innovations as it became officially recognized this year 2022.
