Our Functions

We, the Programming, and Data Management Committee, are usually tasked to do the following: maintain and update the Team's site; maintain the Team's file and info drive; compile the outputs of each member; keep the materials and raw files of the team needed for the projects; update and keep the Team's records such as attendance; minutes of meetings and all other important documents; and analyze and monitor the team's performance. As our team is recognized in the future, we would be expected to develop soon a website that will be used for the organization's management. Moreover, we will be also the core member to be trained in the field of Cybersecurity and Ethical Hacking.

We believe that being part of this committee will be our big asset soon in our future profession, Criminologists especially if our target will be in the field of Cybercrime. Advanced knowledge of computing devices is one of our big requirements as we enter the said field.

Temporarily, the platform that we mainly used today for Team's data management is Google Site, Drive, Forms, and the likes. There is a touch as well of HTML codes for our additional features to enhance its audience engagement. This is to enable everybody on our team to manage the site even without deep training in different programming languages.
