Now that you have learned more about drawing material and a topic in drawing, it is time to apply that knowledge to the artwork of your choice! Here are the have to's:

• You have to create an original artwork using the material and topic you have been learning about.

• You have to be able to answer yes to all the W.O.W. questions.

  • Did the artwork take at least 3 classes to make?

  • Was it hard? Did it stretch your prior knowledge?

  • Did you get feedback on your art while you were working on it?

  • Did you make changes after the feedback?

  • Is this your original idea or did you steal like an artist? (Be careful of plagiarism in art.)

  • Is the artwork complete?

  • Did you take a final picture of it and add it to your google slideshow?

  • Did you write an artist statement to go with the artwork?
