Goal: I edit and revise my work to make sure my writing makes sense and I use advanced grammar and mechanics.

Reflection: My goal is I edit and revise my work to make sure my writing makes sense and I use advanced grammar and mechanics. I choose this goal because it is important to revise my work to make sure it makes sense. I am doing okay with this goal. I have done this a little bit but I need to do it more because I still find myself turning things in without rereading them. My next steps is to get more in the habit of doing this because I kind of stopped recently.

This is of a ball and ramp lab conclusion. It was a summative assessment for science so I reread it before turning it in to make sure it made sense and I used the proper words.

This is of my Spanish project. We wrote 2 different paragraphs only in Spanish. The first one was about your favorite sport which then you printed out and put on a poster. The second one is about an athlete that plays your sport.

This is my rubber band lab conclusion. I reread this to see if I could see any errors.

Reflection: My goal is I edit and revise my work to make sure my writing makes sense and I use advanced grammar and mechanics. I chose this goal because it is good to get in the habit of rereading your work before turning it in. I think that I am doing okay with this goal. Some progress is that in classes most of the time if you have a writing assignment they have us do multiple drafts and they have different people read it. For example we reread it ourselves for one draft then we do peer edits too. Some challenges is that if we have a quick writing assignment to explain either something that we did or something that we read I don’t really reread my writing. My next step is to get in the habit of rereading all of my work that requires at least some writing.

The document above is of my Spanish paragraphs. in Spanish class we wrote 3 or 4 paragraphs about ourselves. We wrote it in class then revised it ourselves to see if we could find any errors. Then we handed it into the teacher and she made corrections that we missed. Then we wrote it on a document and fixed our mistakes.

This document is of my candidate forum essay. So we went to the forum then we wrote about who we would vote for and why.

This is of my theater reflection we write about what our role was and how we contributed to the play. I wrote each paragraph then edited it well I put the paragraphs together.

This document is of an UpFront magazine that we did during social studies. We would read the article then wrote paragraphs on the article.
