Goal: I take on various leadership roles
Reflection:
One of my weekly goal reflections is 'I went to a conference and talked in front of a bunch of teachers about PLP and when we have control over our learning.'
Goal: I take on various leadership roles
Reflection: My PLP goal is I take on various leadership roles. I choose this goal because it is important to be a leader and so then other people can see what they are suppose to do. I think that I am doing okay with this goal. I defiantly think that I can be a better leader and be a leader more often. I think my next steps are to keep working toward this goal.
'I have done this a little bit during sustainability. Some of my group members were off task and I was helping them focus again so then we could get some work done.' This was one of my goal reflections and it shows that I was a leader in our group. Also it is a different piece of evidence because usually all of my evidence are about AWOD.
'I do not remember if I did this goal this week. There is not anything that really stood out.' This is one of my goal reflections and it shows that I will work on it next week and focus one it more than before.
'I am in AWOD and we meet during core so that means I have to be caught up on work' This is one of my weekly goal reflections. This shows that I am in a leadership group and I have to be caught up on work so then I am not behind next week because our meetings are Fridays during core time.
'I congratulated someone on my soccer team when they scored a goal.' This is one of my weekly goal reflections. This shows that I was happy for them.
Goal: I take on various leadership roles
Reflection: My goal is I take on various leadership roles. I chose this goal because I think it is good to be a leader. I think that I am doing well with my goal because I have taken opportunities for becoming a better leader and person. For example I was in AWOD last year and I am in it again this year. I was also a stage manager for treasure island this year. My next steps are to become more of a leader outside of school and in sports.
One of my goal reflections is 'today I found out that I am a stage manager.' This was one of my goal reflection because I found out that a got a really big leadership role. When we filled out the form you had to write about how you think you would be a good leader.
One of my goal reflections is 'Today and last week I have had an AWOD meeting during core. So I have to make sure that I don't have to do any work and so I am able to keep up with my work without falling behind.' This shows that I am taking on a leadership role which is AWOD and that I am making sure that I can do AWOD without falling behind on my work.
One of my goal reflections is 'In theater I am a stage manager so I see who is there and for the people that aren't I have to read there lines so I have to know where we are in the script at all times.' This is related to this goal because it shows that I can't be fooling around and I have to make sure people are doing what there suppose to be doing.
Another one of my goal reflections is 'I am not going to be here on Friday so I checked in with all of my teachers and found out what they want me to do'. This is related because it shows that I took responsibility so then I wouldn't fall behind with the work.
