Once you have completed all your PowerSchool forms, go to the 'Athletics and Activities Registration - CVU' Form.
In the next window, click on the text that says "CLICK HERE TO ACCESS ARBITER'.
It will open a new window were you can register.
In Arbiter, select 'Register Now', 'Create An Account' or 'Log In'.
In Arbiter, select 'Register Now', 'Create An Account' or 'Log In'.
Then scroll down to the section where you select the Fall activity you want to participate in and find "Fall Theater"

4. CVU Co-Curricular Theater Attendance Policy Form
(This form must be printed and signed by all participations & a caregiver and brought to the audition or 1st day of tech build, or pit rehearsal.)
5. Submitting your Physical Form/Well Exam Form
Must be dated within last 2 years.
Printed copies can be turned into the main office.
Digital copies can be emailed to: cvuactivities@cvsdvt.org

Message from CVU Co-Curricular/Athletics

Dear CVU Parents/Caregivers & Students,
We would like to extend a warm welcome to all students coming to CVU for the 2026-27 school year for the first time, as well as welcome back our returning students. We hope you are having a restful summer, and we are excited to see you return for a year full of academics and education-based activities.
Most of our athletic programs begin before the start of the academic school year. Below you will find the crucial dates, requirements, and registration steps needed for your student to participate.
Participation Requirements
A student will not be allowed to try out or begin practice until the following requirements are met and registration is complete:
Physical Exam: Present a completed physical form OR have a current physical on file. (Must be dated within the last two years). Exams must show: Date of exam, doctor's signature, a statement that the student is cleared for athletic participation, and the medical code for a well exam. Hard copies must be emailed or turned into the main office. Well Exam Form
PowerSchool Registration: All forms must be completed in Power School. Access to the Arbiter Registration opens after PowerSchool forms are completed. LINK
Arbiter Registration must be completed, this includes medical information, and all signed documents.
Course Load: Students must be enrolled in a minimum of five courses (or equivalent) each quarter.
Step-by-Step PowerSchool Registration Process
The registration platform is now live. You can register for all co-curricular activities for the year.
Log into PowerSchool: Navigate to the Forms section.
Fill out the School Forms: Complete the four required forms listed in the portal.
Need support or have questions? Contact the Direction Center (802-482-7137) or the Main Office (802-482-7100)
Complete Arbiter Registration: Click the Athletics and Activities Registration link inside PowerSchool to be redirected to Arbiter. Complete all digital paperwork and sign the contracts.
Physical Expiration: The account owner will receive an email notification 60 days before a student’s physical is set to expire.
