At 1415, 17 Mar 2023 The University High School Tittan Battalion had a Fun Day. It was held in LTC Bialozor's room, C113

Through March 10th-12th, our Cadets traveled to Salem, Oregon to compete in the Championship Drill Meet at North Salem High School. This was the final Drill Meet of the year and our Corps of Cadets had the best time performing and showing off their skills they've cultivated throughout the year. 

Special shoutout to Cadets: Fisher, Sprague, and Nekouei for stepping up and joining the Drill Teams for competition. 

Congratulations to these teams: Rifle Team A for placing 3rd overall in the Open Sporter, the Physical Fitness team for placing 3rd, Color Guard Team 2 for placing 3rd. Congratulations to Cadet Maya Meeks for placing 3rd overall for female PT breaking 102 for sit-ups and Cadet Yang for placing 2nd overall in the Open Sporter. 

Sad day for our Corps of Cadets Seniors' last competition ever for University High. They went out in style obtaining several plaques and medals and special memories with their fellow Cadets.

A big thank you to the unit and its Cadets for an amazing competitive year in the Titan Battalion Army JROTC 2022-2023.

On February 17th, our Cadets got together to host a Battalion Funday, offering ample party fun. They played Mario Kart and other nintendo games and had many food choices such as chips, cake, and lil' smokies. We plan to have a special Tournament during the next Funday that will allow more people to participate and have fun with their fellow Cadets.

On February 25th, 2023, our Titan Battalion competed for a Drill Meet at Kennewick High School. Our Cadets ended Friday with a quick load up to Kennewick High School and finishing Saturday with several medals and plaques. Special shoutout to Cadets Plascensia, Davis, Anderson, and Carlile for stepping up when the Corps needed them most. Congratulation to Rifle Team A for getting 2nd overall, Cadet Yang for placing 1st overall in the Open Sporter, Cadet Austin for placing 3rd in Individual Armed Exhibition, 2nd as Armed Commander overall, and placing 2nd along with Cadet Carlile for Dual Armed Exhibition, Cadet Anderson for placing 5th as Unarmed Commander, and Cadet Fischer for placing 5th in PT.

The Titan Battalion competed on 21 Jan 2023 at West Valley High school. Despite the late arrival to West Valley High School, our Corps of Cadets pulled through and fought hard, winning multiple 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place plaques and medals against rival schools. Congratulations to these Cadets: Cadet Angel for placing 7th in Knockout drill, Cadet Major Meeks for placing 2nd as Unarmed Drill Commander, beating North Salem at their own game, Cadet Lieutenant Colonel Austin for placing 1st in Marksman, Cadet Captain Michels placing 1st in Sharpshooter and winning her first medal, Cadet Captain Yang for placing 2nd in Expert, and Cadets Meeks and Austin for placing 2nd in Dual Exhibition.
