Sora Digital Library

Sora is our Virtual Library

Check out ebooks and audiobooks that you can read or listen to on your Chromebook, phone or Kindle.

Here's how:

1.  Access Sora through  your Google waffle or download the app

2.  Find "Castro Valley Unified" twice to click through to the log in screen

3.  Log in with your school email and password

4.  Browse, open the title you like and click "Borrow"

5.  Use the hamburger menu in the upper right corner to add Alameda County Library and access their digital content through Sora. No library card needed to borrow a book--just make sure to select Castro Valley Unified (NOT Alameda County Library) and use your school email and password when asked to log in to borrow a book from the Alameda County Library
