Dual Credit

What is Dual Credit? 

Dual Credit courses are college courses taken by high school students.  Dual Credit students are awarded both college and high school credit.  These courses are taught at our high schools by our own faculty members but are recognized at the college level and will appear on students’ college transcripts.  

In order to sign up for Dual Credit, first discuss this option with your parents and counselor.  Then sign up for any of the classes listed below during course registration. Make sure your counselor is aware of your intent to take this course for Dual Credit.  Once your class begins please complete a dual credit student application, which will be provided to you by your teacher.
