Student Day 8:00AM - 3:12PM
CCMHS will operate on a normal 7 period bell schedule (face to face).
Social distancing will be utilized as much as possible.
Face Masks are optional and recommend for individuals who wish to reduce their risk where social distancing is not accomplished.
Lockers will be available for student use during the day.
Passing periods will be utilized during the day.
Restrooms will be accessible to students during class with a pass from the teacher.
Students are encouraged to bring clear water bottles for use during the day. Water bottle filling stations will be available.
Lunch will have limited numbers due to social distancing.
Student drop off will use door 5.
Student bus drop off will use door 2.
Students will be expected to conduct self-screens daily for COVID Symptoms. Temperatures will be taken at the school bus stop (bus riders) and the main entrances (riders, walkers). A temperature of 100.3 degrees requires the student to remain at home and be fever free for 72 hours before returning to school. If students are well enough, they can participate through the AT HOME Learning provided by their teachers and the student will not be absent.
VIRTUAL Learning Instructional Model is only available to students who make a formal request and meet with Mr. Berndt. This requires families to have WiFi available during the traditional school day. This instruction will be a virtual platform with required successful benchmarks progress throughout the school year. Students not meeting bench mark will be required to return to traditional face-to-face instruction
eLearning days (snow days) will also use this model of instruction between the hours of 10AM and 3:12 PM. Following a 2-Hour delay class schedule.
Students in grades 6-8 need to check school email for announcements and updates.
