From the Memoirs of Jesus

I watched Him turn the water into wine
And multiply the fishes and the bread.
We walked through Israel and Palestine
Where blind men saw and hungry men were fed.
I witnessed He who walked on Galilee
And stood in wait while at the gates of Hell.
Once legions drowned and set the piglets free
We too were free for belly rubs a spell.
I’m loath to question Master’s holy writ
For all I’ve seen suggests He knows the game.
I’ve witnessed miracles and more the same;
I’m sure my Master’s love with never quit.
But from His love I’m lost in murky fog;
What does He mean with smiles and “Good dog”?
