GENERAL OBJECTIVES
Improvement of the productivity, profitability and well-being of the communities by providing knowledge and skills for sustainable development in agriculture, fishery, forestry, trade, industry and environmental conservation
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES.
In keeping with the general objectives, Extension Services is tasked to:
1.Enhance the capability, efficiency, effectiveness and equity among target beneficiaries in agriculture, forestry, fishery, trade and industry;
2.Strengthen the capabilities of the beneficiaries in accelerating sustainable development in the fields of agriculture, forestry, fishery, trade and industry;
3.Disseminate packaged information or relevant research findings and other technologies/services to clientele in urban and rural areas;
4.Promote functional linkages among government, non-government organizations and
5.Foster environmental conversation and development, and
6.Inculcate values among target beneficiaries or clientele.
Goal
· Obtain a Philippine university system status with a CHED SUC Level V recognition or equivalent;
· Be ranked among the Top 10 Universities in the Philippines;
Achieve world-class performance and excellence using leading quality management systems for quality assurance and control.
· Be included in the list of internationally recognized ranking of universities (including Quacquarelli Symonds, Times Higher Education, Shanghai University Ranking, and World University Impact Ranking);
Develop innovative academic initiatives, including medical and allied fields , engineering and technology , and transnational higher education programs for enhanced career pathways, progress, specialization, international recognitions and accreditations, and global mobility ; and
· Pursue efforts to pave way for the development of new programs (including natural sciences and Doctor of Medicine) and Transnational Higher Education;
· Achieve world-class performance and excellence in total quality management; and
· Lead innovation in the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Goal: Economic empowerment among the
residents of Brgy. Badian, Cebu
Case Study showed that :
- High rate of unemployment.
- Job mismatch (unskilled) to current jobs in commercial and
industrial sector.
- Respondents felt the necessity to uplift their income
through livelihood training.
Objectives:
- Income augmentation of the beneficiaries to be equipped with the skills in basic Chorizo, Hand Soap Making, Cassava Cake and Budbud for the livelihood.

PATEGAYON Phase 3
Lamac Multipurpose Cooperative
An intercollegiate community extension and production project between the College of Education, College of Technology, and College of Management and Entrepreneurship titled “Pagsagop sa Teknolohiya sa Grupong Alayon (PaTeGAYON) Phase 3 to the members and personnel of Lamac Multipurpose Cooperative (LMPC) on October 24-28, 2022 at Hidden Valley Mountain Resort, Pinamungajan, Cebu. The 5-day activity was participated in by more than 70 trainees with the aimed to transfer the knowledge, information, skills, and technology developed by the university through a university technology transfer scheme in helping target beneficiaries to become a sustainable entrepreneur.
The training experts and facilitators of this activity: Dr. Hubert G. Quinones, Dr. Kafferine D. Yamagishi, Dr. Leahlou E. Narvios, Prof. Dindo De Lara, Dr. Christina Y. Pacubas, Dr. Vicente J. Igot, Mr. Emmanuel Suarez, Ms. Jelyn R. Arribado, Dr. Renissa S. Quinones and General Manager Hon. Ma. Ellena P. Limocon and LMPC managers and staff as the implementing partner of this activity.
Goal: to transfer the knowledge, information, skills, and technology developed by the university through a university technology transfer scheme in helping target beneficiaries to become a sustainable entrepreneur.
